Rebecca Pow joined thousands of others at the War Memorial in Vivary Park in Taunton on Sunday.
"I attended the impressive event held in Taunton on Sunday in recognition of all those who have lost their lives not just in the two world wars but in all our other conflicts over the years: we owe them all so much for our freedom. I joined the thousands of others who also gathered as a mark of respect. I can’t remember ever seeing so many people filling the streets of Taunton, people really showed how much they care by coming together for this moment in time."
In the afternoon, she joined local people in Wellington, remembering those from the town who lost their lives in the two world wars.
